Glen Streten
Executive Producer

I love that blend of creative and practical that being a Producer requires. My background began with stills photography, followed by cinematography and then a communications degree to find my niche as a Producer. Being hands on is what I love, getting involved in the whole process and working with our great production and post team is a real pleasure. So 30 years on I call on all that experience to find that perfect balance between client needs and creative passion to produce a really successful end result.

Gary Cunliffe
Director

After 14 years in the advertising industry I followed my heart and turned my energies to storytelling and directing. Since then I've shot a number of award winning short films and a ream of commercials for blue chip and iconic Aussie brands. So if your treasured script is screaming out for a great talent director give me a hoy on 02 9968 3444.

Eva Ruzdic
Reception & Facilities Manager

After completing Film & TV studies in Belgrade, Serbia in 2008, Eva relocated to Australia and has never looked back.

As well as being facilities manager and looking after the phones, Eva has a huge passion for music and film. On top of freelance film projects and voluntary work she has experience in editing, producing, performing or simply taking part in various artistic projects. She also hosts her own Serbian youth show on SBS radio, sings and speaks four languages. Basically she makes the rest of us feel inadequate.

The story of how she got together with her husband is romance personified. Ask her.

Andy Firth
Creative Director

Andy worked in a creative team with Gary at Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett and Ogilvy & Mather. Now, after six years working as a Creative Director, he's back working with Gary again.

Andy has more than just experience creating advertising in every media. He's also been heavily involved in helping clients with strategy and planning - something he loves.

Andy drives a 1966 fastback Mustang and has more hobbies than he can possibly be good at in one lifetime.

Sidney Vigo

For the last 8 years I've worked in ad agencies, design studios and production companies in Brazil and Australia - and worked with companies such as Diageo, Danone, Telefonica, Unilever and the NSW Government.

In that time I've turned my hand to pretty much everything design - brochures, websites, logos, visual identification and illustration. I'm influenced by what I see around me, my background, relationships, the art I see on the street, you name it. And I love mixing vectors, photos and abstract elements in my design work to keep things contemporary but unique.

My goal is simple: deliver on time without sacrificing creativity and quality.

Greg Eagle
Senior Editor

Having spent three years at Film & TV School in Brisbane, I joined Plump in 1995, and since then I've witnessed the dramatic evolution in post production's technical abilities to a point where now just about anything is possible. However, throughout all this change there has been one constant, the desire to deliver the best result, on time, in budget. And after all my time in this industry, I still find great excitement and pride in watching a job come together and the magic that can be achieved in post-production.

Tristan Beecroft
Editor

Tristan has had a passion for the industry and filmmaking ever since purchasing his first video editing equipment at age 19.

He's been editing professionally for over eight years, working on numerous long and short form corporates, TVC's and music videos. And with the ability to handle all types of media and delivery formats, Tristan is used to juggling several projects at once with fast turnarounds.

Recent work includes music videos for Aria Award winning Hip-Hop Group Bliss N Eso and internationally acclaimed LA based Duo The People Under The Stairs.

Daniel Vasconcellos
Visual effects / Animator

Born and bred in Brazil, I completed my design degree, and soon after, began my life long love affair with cartoon animation.

A little while ago I jumped on a jumbo jet and left my home country to start my new life here in Sydney.

In between surfing at Manly and watching soccer you'll find me at Plump Films making TVC's, Short films and Music clips come alive.

I believe we have to deliver the very best for all our clients and I'm here to do just that.
